About Us

Started in 2022 by a small group of dedicated students, Cal Poly Rowing aims to reestablish a presence on campus and on the greater stage of collegiate rowing alike. With the tremendous help of San Luis Obispo Rowing Club on Santa Margarita Lake, Cal Poly Rowing has gone from a few students taking out singles and doubles on the weekends, to training in eights and fours 5 days a week in pursuit of competitive excellence.
